An examination was held ill I the Probate Court and the parties boundover for the action of the grand jury, which I soon after convened and found true bills f I against each defendant The case then s I came up llefore Judge Bach, but the Jury h I failed to convict'*• I After the release of the parties in this* I case they immediately began a suit against ’ I the companies for damages indicted by the* I tire.
