Probation Given Convicted PairTwo young men convicted of contributing to the delinquency of two 15 - year - old girls were placed on probation for one year by Judge Richard Schoen-ig in Yuba County Superior Court yesterday.Danny C. Smith, 21, of Portland, Ore., and his half-brother, Garrell Ben Reich, 19, of 1665 Fourth Ave., Olivehurst, were convicted of the chargesFeb. 3 by a Yuba County Superior Court jury. The same jury found them innocent on charges of statutory rape.
