A plea of ausanity was going to be made by her attorney, who sent up to the ordinary here and got certificates showing that John Austin, her father, Alec Austin, John’s brother, and Nellie Riley, another daughter of Johns and a sister to the defendant, were all sent to the asylum from this county.
