CALL BOYS ARE RELD FOR COURTThere Was Little Difficulty Proving That They Stole the Flour FromInAndrew, the brother, was held for court as a witness, and the mayor fixed his bond at $500.MYSTERIOUS.TOURIST IN A SERIOUS MENTAL CONDITION AT ALLIANCE.THE FAULK BROS., COMPANYA Number of Witnesses Were Ex amined Yesterday In the Mayor’s Court.STAR WITNESS IS UNDER BONDThe case against William and Mose Call for the theft of two barrels of flour from Faulk Bros, on the night of March 11, was heard by Mayor Davidson at city hall yesterday afternoon.A number of witnesses had been summoned and when they had finished there was little doubt in the minds of those present that the boys were guilty. Officers Aufderheide and Gill and Kelsey Ben j nett were summoned for the prosecution. but It did not require long to dls- j pose of the matter.Sol J. His actions alarmed the people about the depot and It was found necessary to take charge of him. When the officers placed their hands upon the man. he became very violent and quite a lively tussle took place.It was seen that the stranger was not intoxicated and fears were enter tained that he had gone insane. The trainmen reported that he raved and acted strangely all the way from Shrove to Alliance. His tickets showed that lie was on route from I .os Angeles. California, to Steubenville. He was well dressed and appeared to be aged about 37 years.Dr. Tressel was called and he at once recommended the removal of the sick man to the Alliance hospital. The patient remained In a serious condition until morning, when tho restoratives and medical treatment began to bring about a marked Improvement. The man still talks in a dazed manner, however.In his possession was a handsome gold watch and $88 In cash. Papers on his person Indicate that his name is W. M. S. Lee and his home Steubenville. An effort Is being made to get word to his relatives.
