Two arrested after fight deny chargesJames 0. Daniel, 27, of 1318 2nd st NE, Canton, pleaded innocent this morning in Massillon Municipal Court to charges of disorderly conduct by fighting, resisting arrest and abusing a police officer.Judge Paul E. Paulson ordered Daniel to reappear for a trial on March 1.Daniel and Raymond Wesley, 45, of 1510 16th st NE, Canton, were arrested Saturday afternoon by Massillon police at the Four Gents Lounge, 163 Lincoln Way W. Police said the two were fighting at the time.Wesley pleaded innocent this morning in municipal court to a charge of disorderly conduct by fighting. Judge Paulson, ordered Wesley to reappear on March l for a trial.Four Massillon teenagers, arrested early Saturday, were arraigned this morning in municipal court on charges of disorderly conduct by intoxacation-Dennis L. Andrews, 18, of 820 Oak ave SE, Terry L. Davis, 19, of 421 8th st NE, and Ronald L. Frailly, 19, of 602 Sheri dr NE, all pleaded innocent to the charges. Judge Paulson ordered them to reappear on Feb. 28 for trials.The charge against Tim A. Wantz, 19, of 201 Commonwealth ave NE was dismissed because of a faulty affidavit.All four were arrested Saturday by Massillon police Investigating a report of vandalism to an auto at Oak ave and 3rd st SE.Arnold Bogges, 45, of 1620 Market ave S, Canton, pleaded innocent this morning in municipal court to a charge of disorderly conduct by intoxication. He was ordered to reappear for a trial on Feb. 26.Bogges was arrested Saturday morning by Perry Township police on Southway st SW in Perry Township.
