Man Loses Both Legs In Mishap; Driver ChargedYPSILANTI, Mich. (AP) — A Plymouth, Mich, driver has been charged with felonious driving in a Thursday night accident which left a Plymouth father and daughter in critical condition.Driver Russell A. Zoeliing, SI, was to be arraigned this afternoon in Ypsilanti District Court. He faces a possible sentence of two years in prison or a $1,000 fine.Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Deputies said William A. Fox, 5S, was helping his daughter, Patrice, 31, repair her car by the side of Plymouth Road west of Ypsilanti when a car driven | by Zoeliing crested a hill and I ran off the road, ramming the back of Miss Fox' car.Both Fox and his daughterwere pinned between the two cars. Fox’ right leg was cut off at the scene and his left lag i was amputated later at St. Joseph’s Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. Miss Fox’s right leg was also amputated at the hospital.Both father and daughter were listed in critical condition today.
