Chief Martinez.Asphy told the Police,he had becomescaredand had thrown the money away; although heA 23-year old Chicago negro, Johnny Dee Asphy is in the Guaia-lupe County Jail after being found guilty oftaking $41 from the cash attempted to make a deal register of the Martin to return the money to Sena Service Station in Sena if he would drop the Cuervo last Thursday in the court of M igistrate Robert Serrano.Asphy and his27-e a r lyyear-old female traveling companion, Jacque-1 i le Marie Yarbo rough stopped at Sena’s stationlast Thursday morning. Asphy inquired about the purchase of a tire. He was shown anew one. He asked to seea used tire. Sena told him he would have to go next door to where hecnurses.Monday Magistrate Serrano found Asphy guilty and fined him $100 plus $10 court cost, plusmissingSena. Thethehadthe usedtiresstored. When Sena returned to the station after getting a used tire,Asphy jumped into hisreturning themoney tocharges against woman were dropped as she was said to have been in the car when Asphy was alleged to have taken the money.Since her release, she has been attempting tobelongings to pay the $151.
