When policy arrived, they said, Jim Vitale appeared in the doorway with agum ills appearance was greeted with two pistol shots. He was arrested on a charge of pointing a gun at an officer.There were ten children sleeping in the house-when it was bombed. The bombing was the second attempt of enemies of the Vitales to harm them. Whilo young Frank Vitale was on trial at Barahoo early this month for murder, liis pool hall was found ablaze, and officials said the lire was of inccndary origin.Frank Vitale who two weeks ago was acquitted for them urdcr of Officer Dreger of the Madison police force today pleaded guilty to a charge of carrying a concealed weapon the night Dreger was shcr. He was fined $100 and cost.-.
