Sunday Accidents Result in InjuriesTwo Sunday motor accidents here resulted in several injuries and a citation, Wilmington police reported today.At 1:20 a. m., James Walker,16, of Midland Route 1, was driving west on Locust St. at30 mph while Jack FarquerJr., 18, Martinsville, was driving south on South St.Officers said both drivers claimed to have had the green light before they collided at the intersection.Farquer was treated at Clinton Memorial Hospital forbruises and knee abrasions and released. The right fenders of the Walker car were damaged while the front end of the Farquer car was demolished, officers said.No charges have been filed, police said.The second mishap occurred at 9:18 p. m. police said at Harry Lambcke, 19, Reesville, was driving west on Fife Ave., He claimed his steering locked and he ran into trees at 996 Fife Ave. and his car was demolished.Police cited Lambcke for speed excessive for road conditions. He sustained two broken teeth and back injuries, and was treated at CMH and released.
