Page. Ariz.. was arrested Friday after a policeman shot a tire on his car'*9 as he attempted to run a road-f block on K. Apache.Velasquez was arraigned before Peace Justice FJlen Holloway. He is being held in lieu of $4,500 bond.Officers gave this account of the fracas:At about 7 30 p m. Friday, police received a report that Velasquez had fired three shots in the vicinitv of a southside cafe.4 then fled in an auto.lt; .Velasquez allegedly then went to 1021 Mountainview and forced a youth to go with him in the car.Police spotted the Velasquez car as it went north on Airport Drive to Apache.
