Yesterday Potter Electrical Engineering Construction Co., Inc,, sent a representative to check wiring and install fixtures.The two greatest problems at the moment are having no loading zone in front of the building and no pick-up for the trash at the rear.A caution was issued yesterday concerning misuse of HELP'S name. It followed a complaint from a resident that he had received a card ordering him to clean up his yard and take away trash. The card was signed HELP.HELP leaders said they have no knowledge of the card and that “under no circumstances” would the organization adopt such tactics.
