Walsh.The defendant was arrested Saturday morning by Detective Wil-liam Garrett and Patrolman Phillip Baker after he allegedly stole more than $100 from the cash register at the Shell service eta-rvi*ion, High and Front streets,Kidd arranged to post bail.
