OF DUNBAR GIRLInquest Set For 2:30; ManWho Had* Gun Will FacewManslaughter Charge,Inquest into the death of nine-year old Anna Louise -Morgan, of Dunbar, who died in the CormeUsviile hospital last night from accidental gunshot wounds allegedly inflicted by a neighbor, was scheduled for 2:30 o'clock this afternoon.Coroner S. A. Baltz arranged the. inquest hurriedly at the request late this morning of District Attorney Wade K. Newell, who indicated that unless action was forthcoming Quickly, contemplated criminal charges against Pambahio Chercechetti, the neighbor, and Nick Morgan, father of the child, could not be prepared in time for presentation to the March grand jury which meets on Monday, February 26.Chercechetti and Morgan were inspecting guns in the yard of Morgan’s residence Wednesday night preparatory to a “trade,” when :the- weapon in the neighbor’s hands was accidentally discharged. The bullet struck the little girl, standing ..nearby, passed through her neck and severed, her spinal column.The neighbor will face involuntary manslaughter charges as the result of the fatality, Mr. Newell said today. Both Chercechetti and Morgan will be j charged with violating the uniform i firearms act, the district attorney indicated.County Detective Jack A. Harm was j preparing the information this after-j noon.
