POOL ROOM RAIDED SUNDAY AFTERNOONMoney, Cigars a«d Candy Taken by Thieves Who Enter the Building.Amherst, O., Feb. 13.—A daring daylight robbery was perpetrated, Sunday afternoon, when, a thief or thieves, entered the Geo. Martin cigar, confectionary and pool room, about five o’clock, while the proprietor was eating supper.Foot prints indicated there were several parties concerned in the robbery and ail were apparently boys. A rear window was broken open and the door unbolted from the inside. Martin thinks he knows the identity of the culprits and is sure that local talent 'was responsible for the theft- of goods.The thieves rifled the cosh drawer of between $0 and $7 and then helped themselves to cigars, cigarettes and candy, Martin estimates his loss at $10. Only a few months ago the Martin store was robbed, but no arrests were made. Martin expects to swear to an affidavit in a few days. Marshal! Miller is now working on several good olewe.
