A.D. 1875, upon the terms and conditions * | following, namely: That the McGregor Missouri lliver Railroad Company, then called the McGregor «fc Sioux City Rahway Company, shall bmld and construct their railroad'to Kimnehbarg, in Palo Alto Coimtv, on or before the 1st day of Jan.,A.
