I. lflflS, entitled -An act making a grant of land to the McGregor ty Railway Company, or, In r failure to accept the wuue. to ilnl Parallel Company, and to execute the trust conferred by act of Congress, entitled, ’An act for a grant of land to the State of Iowa, in alternate sections, to ftHl In the construction of a railroad in said Stale, approved May 13, lWlM, for Ihe construction id*the railroad named therein, is hereby extended for the period of two years from the first day of December. A.D. 1875, upon the terms and conditions * | following, namely: That the McGregor Missouri lliver Railroad Company, then called the McGregor «fc Sioux City Rahway Company, shall bmld and construct their railroad'to Kimnehbarg, in Palo Alto Coimtv, on or before the 1st day of Jan.,A. IH77; and that the paid McGregor Missouri River Railway Company shall build and construct their railroad to Spencer. in Clay County thence to the point of connection, in 0‘Rrien County, with the nt Sioux City Si.
