Weapon Was .38 CalibreThe Sheriffs Department is stiU seeking slugs for 'ballistic teste In the fatal shooting of Judge Albert Kennedy and his son and daughter-in4aw.An autopsy was performed by Dr. Ruben Santos, Bexar County Medical cxomfrier, and ; he said the three had been dead “since the evening hours Monday/' adding /somebody really wanted to be surethat'death resulted.”The medical examiner reported bullets were fired into “very fatal areas” of the three victims bodies. He said dugs removed from all the bodies appeared to be the same size, .38 calibre.The slugs were turned over to the Texas Rangers for ballistics tests to see if they came from the same gun.
