]]Boys Are Accused Of Stealing CarsTwo Mohne youths* already wards of County Court lor past offenses, and their older companion1 p were booked by Moline police this jo morning on automobile larceny, r and tampering charges in connec*|I tion with the thefts yesterday aft-i emoon and last night of three au-• tomobiles from a used car lot.Named on auto larceny charges are Robert Guerrero, 15, of 328 5th Ave., and Robert Overturf, 16, of 402 Railroad Ave Booked on a lesser charge of tampering with a motor vehicle is Fred Herndon, 18, \ of 1218 11th Ave.Guerrero and Overturf, both of whom have police records, were remanded to county jail as violators of their previous court probations and are to be arraigned in juvenile court tomorrow. Herndon was released pending a disposition of the charge. Police said he has no previous record.According to a report filed by William Blaser, operator of the, l lot, the youths came to the place i at 5th Ave. and 7th St yesterday i afternoon, took two cars, drove I them around briefly and returned them Last night, they tQok a 1955 model car, drove it, and then abondoned it about a block from the lot.Herndon said he went to the Blaser lot after Guerrero told him | he’d get him a job at the place and that he wasn’t aware he was.' driving a stolen car.I -1lt;l
