Federal Grand Jury Takes Up Ir-w1]regularities Reported Concerning Former CashiersINELSON OF MILROY ISSTILL OUT ON BOND _ndIndianapolis, Feb. 15—(/P)—The federal grand jury here today turned its attention to irregularities in the accounts of theCitizens National Bank of Hopeand the First National Bank ofMilroy. Herman A. Stewart, 69,cashier of the Hope bank, whowas arrested yesterday, andLloyd Nelson, former cashier ofthe Milroy bank, who was boundover to the grand jury several!weeks ago, are both chargeduserespectiveStewart was bound over tothe federal grand jury yesterdayunder $25,000 bond on charges ofembezzlement of $45,000 from theHope bank. Early reports saidcashier had fled but it waslearned that he had made arrangements to surrender to thefederal authorities after a warrant for his arrest had beensworn out by Bert K.
