B.yEaton today was this morning continued until next Monday.The county court calendar Iscrowded today and according to present indications will continue so far the next several days. For that reason it was decided, that as all the parties interested and the witnesses live in Edwardsville and will suffer but little inconvenience the matter would not be held on the regular call, thus necessitating a wait in the court house until the case should be reached.The information against Charles Scholl was filed November 11. That against his wife was presented to the court November 19. Both are charged with practicing medicine without a license.The death of Willi man Deter-mann, infant sen of Mr. and Mrs. August F. Determann, of Edwards-vilie, brought about the arrest of ithe wife and was instrumental in bringing about a more speedy arrest of the husband. Persons interested in the case sought to have an information issued against Mr. Scholl before the Determann child died. Official action was delayed. After the death members of the Madison County Medical Society Til |took up the matter and *he officialsI H acted.It is charged that the Determann [child was being treated by Mrs. TO | Scholl before its death and that a licensed physician was not called In until half an hour before the child died.The coroner's Jury found thatMrs. Scholl had been treating the child and recommended tha»t she be held fo ran investigation by the grad jury.
