A few minutes later he occupied a cell in the county jail, where hB will be keptuntil the proper papers arrive here for his commitment to the insanehospital at IndlanaopHs.Mr. Adams is a cooper by trade and for the past few weekB has been making his headquarters at the Williamson paint shop. His mind has been unbalanced for several weeks, but his condition has not been considered dangerous.This morning when he called at the bank he presented a well written check for the amount asked for. The check was made payable to himself and was signed by Isaac Anderson. He had also tried to cash the check at the Slndllnger meat market but Charley replied that he did not have quite tlmt amount of money lying around.When nsked where he got this money he said it was from ‘he old country and should have been at the bank before this time.His clothing was searched after his arrival at the Jail and his pockets contained a set of false teeth, a razor, n pipe, papers and other articles.
