Hotel Sold To Frank FeeJtete of another Main street j business building, the American Hotel at the northeast corner of B and Mnin* has been completed within the last two days.The two-story hotel, lift If a block from Convention hull, has been purchased by Frank Fee* Hutchinson high school teacher, from Ed Slayton, 4H Fast C, administrator of the estate of the late R. 0. (Boh) Slayton, his father.Purchase price for the property was not made public, but was unofficially reported at $20,000which is in line with four other Main street business deals of recent weeks, all within two blocks oi the American and which ranged from $19,000 to $25,000.The red brick structure was built by the elder Slayton In 1916. Slayton died in 1932 and Mrs, Slayton died several years later.Lessees of the hotel for the past peveral years have been Mr. and Mrs. Fay Brown, with Mrs. Brown as operator.Brown, former sheriff and owner of the Brown Wheel night club, paid his present leHse on the building will expire in about two years,
