Rohmer, charged with violating the prohibition law, were each fined $100 or 100 days' hard labor, i They each appealed their caeee and were released under $200 bond. D. Pickens, charged with violating the prohibition law, was discharged. Prank Levene paid the city $100 for having prohibited liquor in hi* possession at his place, 113 South Water street.
