One of the pick-pockets nrrested on Monday, by the name of Froman, was examined belore the Mayor yesterday, and committed to jail to await his trial. Froman is a stranger, and his whereabouts heretofore are unknown.Several more pocket picking gentry are yet to be examined, together with two or three other offenders.
