Three Sentencedin Burglary CaseThree Eau Claire youths, Lar*rv L. Lee. 20, Peter L. Davia,19. and Marshall E. Ottum, 20,were sentenced in the upper branch of County Court today 1 to a term of not more than 13 months in the Green Bay Reformatory for possession o £ money stolen from Pete's Fifth Avenue Bar, 442 Water S tJan. 11.The youths had pleaded guilty to the charge Jan. 31 after j the state had amended the original charge of burglary. Judge Thomas H. Barland ordered a presentence investigation.The vouths were arrested inVa hotel room after a hotel cleric S overheard them dividing u p ($217.35 stolen from the tavern. The clerk told the police aboutthe conversation when an officer came to the hotel to tell the tavern owner about the burglary.
