Oxford.special Uorrespoijasaee 10 tbe D*«iicraf»| .Thomas Fitzgerald, an old and highly inspected citizen, died at his home in Oxford town ship Tuesday evening last, at 9 o'clock, at the advanced age of Tii years, 33ie fuzzeraJ ceremonies were held at brs late residence t his afternoon at $ o'clock and were conducted by Rev. Mr, Brittain, pastor of the United Presbyterian church. The deceased leaves a wife and nine children, and many friends to mourn his Joss. Eight of his sons and daughters were at his bedside during hi9 illness and death. Rev. Thomas Fitzgerald, the eldest sou, who resides in New York, arrived last niglu.
