Sensation in the Dark Corner.* •On last Saturday morning, when Mr. Thos. Thurston, who resides a half mile south of Wayneshurg^n the Dark Corner neighborhood/ went tohis barn he found the doors open andblood sprinkled along a sill of the mole stable and a fresh piece of the scalp torn from the head of a human being. There is considerable speculation as to the cause, the general belief being that thieves were in the barn after the mulea and one of them was kicked by a mule, and killed or seriously injured. A party will be organised to-morrow to search the woods in the vicinity for the purpose of seeking a sloution to the ghastly mystery. Blood curdling revelations j may be looked for from' the Dark Corner, in a short time.
