Tommy Barton of Cisco, Tex,, was sett-teheed to 2-10 years in the state penitentiary Friday for killing Floyd EUgette Smith, Dec. 5.Barton pleaded guilty to a charge of voluntary manslaugh-ter before Dist. Judge Kcrmit Nash.Smith, a bartender, was shot and killed during an argumentat his lounge.Barton was scheduled to go on trial for the murder Feb. 27.
