FBI Seizes5 PropertiesCANTON (AP) — The Internal Revenue Service yesterday seized five properties in Akron and Canton of the late Rose Ryan Axar, widow of a man police identified as a vice czar. Four of the properties are here, one in Akron.The service said it would sell the houses in art effort to obtain pert of $91,393 in income taxes and interest due from Mrs. Axar’s estate.Mrs. Azar died recently in Akron. She was the widow of Harry R. Ryan, who died of a heart attack in 1947. He had been arrested numerous times in charges of operating houses of prostitution and in the 1930s was binned fromStark county for two years.Mrs. Azar was the sole benefi ciary of his estate of $200,000 and won in a long and bitter court battle with his two brothers and four sisters.scp:Ntcslt;b\vnt
