BUCKING CHAIR ABOLISHEDAtlanta* (*.', Feb. 11.—The famou#* 1n“bucking chair” at the city stockade, has been burned, the heavy leather strap went with it, and in their place have been constructed two dark cellsiwhere unruly prisoners will be put in solitary confinement on a diet of j bread and water. ;The prison committee of council has just made an inspection of the institution and • placed their stamp of approval on the new cells whllt;^ they had ordered built when they banished flogging from the city prison three weeks ago.
