Vail had bought ten bushels of oats at $10 per bushel, and accepted the contract given by Sader, in which it was agreed to sell for Vail twice the number of bushels of the high priced grain lie had bought. Wheu the time came Vail paid his note of $100, but the agent never came to get the oats he had agreed tosell. The case was tried before a Justice of the Peace of Findlay, who decided that Sader was responsible for his contract with Vail, that there was no evidence showing the legalexistence of a com 'any for whom hewas doing business, and that Vailwas entitled to recover $150 fromhim. This re mit makes matters look serious for these robbers, and the9agents are becoming scared at the thought that they will be held responsible for the contract, which they do . not intend shall be fulfilled.t
