Hawkins. ) Committee,The committee b* mg organis'd and ready fur busi ness, Isaac S. Pi rkins, as i ros« cutor, laid before the committee va-ious papers and depositions, charging the said George W. M»pp with having forged a license to practice medicine, purporting to be a license from the 7rh Medical district of Ohio, signed “John St. ele. President.” ‘‘Job Haines, Secretaryalso charging the said George W Stipp wiih having forged a certificate purporting t«) be a ccr ifi ate or statement of his, the said Stinp’s, qualifications to practice physic and surgery in the state of Ohio; and recommending him to the notice of the citizens lt;f Xenia, said certificate being signed ‘John SVeie and Job Haines *Ymirci mmit e having pre i itslv n tified said Stipp of the exhibition of mid charg» s together with the I time and place o meeting; and he not attending, your |committee proceeded to th examination of the evidence, and after having mitine'y considered it, regret that they could find nlt; extenuating circumstance, and are reluctantly compelled to pronounce ‘he said Geo. j VV.
