St’pp with having forged a license to practice metlicine. purporting to be a license from the 7th Medical district of Ohio, signed “John St. eL, President,*' ‘‘Job Haines, Secretary;*1 also charging the said George W Stipp wiih having forgtal a certificate purporting to be a ccr ift ale or statement of his,the said Stinp’s, qua ifieations to practice physic andi surgery in the state of Ohio; and recommending him to the notice of the citizens of Xenia, said certificate being signed Mohn Sfe-ele and Job Haines *Your ci rnmit e having pre i n sly n lifted said Stipn of the exhibition of n od charges together with the * time and place o meeting; and he not attending, yum* committee proceeded to th examination of the evidence, and alter having maturely considered it, regret-that they could find m extenuating circumstance, and are reluctantly compelled to pronounce ‘he said Geo. j VV.
