We drove to Ames, Iowa, and stayed In a tourist I camp there over night. Wednesday morning we drove south looking over stores, banks and business houses. I looking for one to rob. Then we drove south and west to Mendota to look over the roads. After we sort of lrnd the lay of the land we drove to Ottumwa. That night we stayed at the YMCA.
