Liebert Collins, who was fined $100 - j and costs in the city court some time J ago on a liquor charge and who ap-| pealed to the circuit court came in Monday and paid the fine and costs and dismissed the appeal. At the time of the trial Collins was given a penal farm sentence. Under the agreement made Monday Collins* “days” were suspended during good behavior.
