They have cinched the zone title, despite the outcome of this game. *-3 Members Of Kennedy Family KilledKerr County residents woke up Tuesday morning to learn of a triple slaying in the Ingram area, and law enforcement officers are still seeking a motive in the brutal killings.Albert Kennedy, Jr., 54, his son, Tommy, 26, and bis daughter-in-law, Gayle Kennedy, .22, were all discovered start to death in their respective homes about eight miles apart.The elder Kennedy had served as Justice of the Peace for Precinct Four for almost three years, and his docket was perhaps the busiest in the county. On Monday before his death, he had filed his monthly report with the County Clerk, and it showed he collected $1,358 ki fines from 55 offenses. AH but three were far small amounts, and these were $200 for drunkenness and two $120 fines for trespassing.The three bodies were taken to San Antorao Tuesday for an autopsy to determine if the same weapon, or weapons, were used in the slayings.Mrs. Albert Kennedy discovered the murders when she came home from work aboutmid™^ht. Hie telephone wires were cut at their home on Fall Branch Road, so she went about 50 yards to the home of her mother-in-law to report the crime.A telephone call to the Tommy Kennedy home was not answered, so two law enforcement officers went to this residence, which is about two miles from Ingram on the Hunt road.They discovered the younger Kennedy shot to death in the living room, and his wife dead in another room. Twin daughters, Stacy and Tracy, 20 months old, were found sleeping and unharmed in another room.AH three were shot at least two times, and it is not known which home the killer, or killers, visited first.Law enforcement officers converged on the scene, and virtually ruled out robbery as a(Continued on Page 2) *-
