Reasonable doubt m was incurred in the resistu g an of-ls ficer charge and it was dismissed.Jer.sen appeared before Arres Municipal Court Judge Albert Steinberg on June 22, 1955. He was fined $50 and costs for recklesssr*.1 driving.Jensen now charge's Nash assaulted him while arresting him th and is asking $7,000 damages, ;th Representing Nash is the law firm of Smedal.
