Arrangements are being completed in Los Angeles to send Betty Hansen, 17-year-old Lincoln girl who figured in the 20-day trial of Screen Actor Errol Flynn on a statutory rape charge, back to her home here.Deputy District Attorney Thomas Cochran, who prosecuted the case against Flynn, said he would sign an order Monday releasing Miss Hansen from juvenile custody, the Associated Press reported.
