Woman Sentenced in StranglingST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - A 20-year-old St. Paul woman hasbeen sentenced to up to 30 yearsin prison in the strangulation of her aunt.Patricia Ann Capistrant, who earlier pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, was sentenced Monday by Ramsey District Court Judge Ronald Hachey.AAurnh Rirlc inrThe term will be served in the Shakopee women's facility.Miss Capistrant and her codefendant, Michael Bums, 16, admitted they strangled Josephine Bruski, 65, last August in the Capistrant home at 1011 Topping St. and then hid the aunt's Body in the attic. Bums was sentenced to up to 30 years in the St. Cloud Reformatory.Hachey told Miss Capistrant, “You may have hated your aunt (for alleged mistreatment) but that does not justify taking the life of another.
