Mr. Haddeman started from the yards slightly in advance of Harry Bartlett and a few moments later the latter drove his team after Mr. Haddeman. They pro ceeded down Fourth and onto Sycamore street, Mr. Haddemn’s team being slightly in advance. Just as they passed the Rlverpide grocery store, which is located about seventy feet from the crossing, Mr. Haddeman was about thirty feet in advance and driving his team on a slow trot. When within a few feet of the tracks, both drivers noticed, the passenger locomotive bearing down upon them and Mr. Bartlett shouted.a cry' of warning to the' unfortunate man who was in the lead.
