probated for 10 years.Marvin N. Keith was charged on five counts of receiving and concealing stolen property and on two theft charges. All counts were dismissed as the offender is serving an eight year federal penitentiary term for theft.BURGLARY CHARGES were lodged against four defendants. Fermin Galan and Roland Hernandez were each charged with two burglary counts.Galan was sentenced to five years in the I DC Penitentiary on a five year probation and fined $500 on each count.
