Driver Arrested For Improper Passing At SchoolCity police, assisted b El-wood police, arrested Charles R.'Fearrin, 44, Thorntown, at 8:30 a.m. today just inside Tipton county on State Road 28.Fearrin is charged with improper passing and lane usage in a school zone at the intersection of West Jefferson andGreen street.Fearrin, driving a 1966 one-half ton truck, was stopped by Elwood police after local officers radioed ahead, Fearrin will appear in City Court February 21.
