SUPERIOR COURTBEGINS 2ND TERM HERE THIS MORNINGrvo Murder Cases Set for-Trial This Week—Full Time Put in Last Week and Many - Cases Disposed of.The second of two one week's terms it Robeson Superior court for the trial of criminal cases convened here this morning with Judge W, A. Devin of Oxford presiding. Trial of either criminal or civil cases was allowed for t this week's term, but the week will be used to clear the congested docket of some of the criminal cases.Two murder cases are set for trial this week, that of Brown Lowrey, Leslie and Foy Cummings, Indians, for the death of E. W. Stone of Pembroke being on today’s calendar. Tuesday’s calendar carries the case of Priscilla Locklear, charged with killing = her husband by knocking him in the headwith a piece of .pine wood. Many other important cases will come up, and , court is expected to last to the end of the week. •
