CHARLOTTE UP) - A fugl-tive warrant was filed with the Federal Bure.au of Investigation Thursday for Charlotte plumber Charles Witt Coppala Jr., 44, the third suspect in a $20,000 fiber theft from Celanese Corporation's laboratory in Charlotte. , _Police have arrested DarwinDuffy Godwin, 34, of Matthews, and L. C. Smith, 48, of Rt. l. Davidson, on grand larceny charges. Both posted $5,000 for court appearance.
