Two Divorce Actions .This WeekTwo divorce actions were filed in the district court during the past week.Loren E. Himes charged his wife Jolene Himes with cruel and inhuman treatment. He asks the court for title to jointly owned property and custody of the two minor children. The couple were married in Monticello on Dec. 21, 1935.An injunction restraining Fredrick J. Weers from molesting or interfering with his wife or children was ordered this week as the judge took note of a divorce petition' filed by Gladys V. Weers. Mrs. Weers asks the court for custody of her one minor child, the other three children being adults. The couple were married in Cedar Rapids on July 18, 1927.Filed
