In Justice CourtrP. F. Schaner, 30, Scottville, pleaded guilty to a charge of issuing a check with insufficient funds when arraigned Friday afternoon before Justice Henry Seeba.Check in question was one for $10 on the Pentwater State bank. Schaner paid court costs of $6.85 and was ordered to reimburse Henry L. Mottl of Lud-ington, by ^hom the charge was preferred, for the amount of the check. Arrest was made by sheriff's department.
