The case of Hedges vs. Elliott, the case growing out of the death of Abe Hedges after being struck by the Park hotel bus a number of months ago, has by agreement gone over till next term, when it will be the first jury ease tried in the term.Woolsey Paid Fine.Clyde Woolsey, local taxi driver, found guilty of bootlegging last week by a jury, has paid the $250 fine assessed against him by Judge Woodruff.
