t wo Hannibal Men HeldF ul ton P olice Recover Car Stolen in OswegoShortly before 2:30 thia rooming Sgt Doyle and Officer Pappalardo of the Fulton Police department recovered a car which had been stolen in Oswego.The officers found a 1976 Oldsmobile stuck in a snowbank near the Lakeview Lanes, on the city's westside Edward Tucker of 91 Sixth Avenue in Oswego, had notified law enforcmeent officials of acar which had been stolen from the front of his home.The Fulton police arrested, 18 year old Mark Treasure and Kevin Murphy. 19 both of HanniballThe two youths were turned over to the Oswego PoliceDepartment and spent the night in the city lock-up. Oswego Police charged the two with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle The Fulton Department Charged Murphywith unlicensed operation and seventh degree possession of a controlled substence.Officer Mike Conzone of the Oswego Police force arrested Francis Westcott of Minetto overnight. A warrant had been issued for the arrest of Westcott He allegedly had 1150 in bad checks outstanding.At 3:40 this morning, Glen Showers of the Welland Hotel on W.
