Found guiltyof illegal deerpossessionMilton Kisbeck of rural Chariton was found guilty in Wayne County Magistrate’s Court Friday on charges of illegal possession of a deer.The charges stemmed from a Nov. 22 incident on the Risbeck farm which ended in a fight between hunters and conservation officers over th* deer. Three men were hospitalized as a result of the fight.Additional charges stemming from the incident are pending against Risbeck’s sons, Arlan and Richard, both of Des Moines. The two men were indicted by a grand Jury on charges of resisting execution of process. Several other charges against the three men were dropped by the grand jury.Risbeck was fined $25 and ordered to pay an additional $200 as reimbursement to the state for the cost of the deer.
