Detectives ab SuspectIn BurglaryA 17-year-old Chicago Heights youth was charged with burglary and possession of stolen property Thursday in connection with a break-in at the home of Mary Bacon, 352 Boston street, Chicago Heights. Heights.Arrested was Joel Riggins of of 328 Boston street, police said The arrest of Riggins followed investigation concerning the recovery of a stolen television set from a car which had been stopped by Harvey police, according to city detectives.
