He was a specialist from the state laboratories at Austin, who testified the liquor found in Saens' possession, at the time of his arrest, was as good and capable of producing ‘a kick” as any home brew he had analyzed. He was still on the stand when the noon hour struck and Judge Green adjourned court until 1:30 p. xn.Saehs was taken suddenly ill during the noon hotjr and called County Health Officer Dr. J. R.
